Yesterday morning I pulled out the handy dandy crock pot... or slow cooker if you prefer. By 6:30pm we were well in to a nice juicy pulled pork sandwich. Olivia and I were "in heaven" as she put it.
Tradition says... no pulled pork sandwich goes with out a yummy tangy slaw... so I whipped up my own version and folks... it was awesome.
Does anyone else befriend the crock pot when fall hits? What are your favorite slow cook recipes?

I was JUST telling my husband we need to get a crock pot. I've started compiling a list of fall dinners....top on the list is pot roast. YUM.
I LOVE my crockpot(s). During winter, I usually like to simmer up a batch or two of chilli. So effortless!

And . . . I would love the recipe. It's definitely slow cooker weather in SE Texas . . . it's in the 70's! HA!
